Beckie joined Suncorp New Zealand in 2026 as Chief Risk Officer. In this role, she is responsible for the Line 2 risk and compliance functions and plays a crucial role in setting and supporting the risk and compliance culture across the business.

Beckie has extensive experience across financial services in New Zealand, Australia and the UK, spanning risk, compliance, governance and client-facing roles. Prior to joining Suncorp New Zealand, she held a range of senior risk leadership roles at Westpac, Partners Life, KPMG and icare. These roles included delivering business transformation, leading high-priority regulatory change, and supporting mergers and acquisitions.
