Suncorp appeals NZ Commerce Commission’s decision on Tower

Vero Insurance New Zealand Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Suncorp Group Limited) has lodged an appeal with the High Court of New Zealand of the New Zealand Commerce Commission’s decision to decline its application to acquire Tower Limited.
