About Paul

As Acting Chief Customer Officer, Paul is responsible for creating sustainable growth at Suncorp New Zealand and Vero by building strong and valued relationships with our brokers and corporate partners while delivering seamless experiences to all our customers.

Paul steps into this position from the role of Executive Manager for Strategic Broker Partnerships, already knowing the business and the key relationships.

In the Acting Chief Customer Officer position, Paul is also accountable for our corporate reputation, sustainability and communications.

Paul has been in the industry for more than four decades, starting with AMP (which has since transitioned into Vero) in the early 80s. Early on in his career, Paul was selling commercial insurance with brokers and advisers, and working directly with clients giving advice. He is all about the people and his wealth of experience in the insurance industry is pertinent to this acting position.
